All teams should pay a participation fee of 1500 USD which covers 10 persons. This fee includes participation in the opening and closing ceremonies and dinner on the September 11th for 10 registered team members. If team has more than 10 members an additional fee applies according to the registration form.
Deadline for competitors registration is 31 May 2012
Applications from non-competitors are welcome until 15 Aug 2012. Please note that “Shakhtar Plaza” hotel is reserved by the organizing committee until the 08 Jun 2012 for any number guests. Non-competitors who send their applications after this date bear the booking risk.
NOTE: Participation in the event is limited to 3 teams per country
ACCOMODATION:
Accommodation is arranged in the “Shakhtar Plaza” Hotel. All accommodation fees should be transferred directly to Shakhtar Plaza.
